Social Security Caregiver Credit Act
Family and friends who are caregivers often receive little or no remuneration for long hours of care for loved ones. The sad reality is that caregivers are often left out of the social security system – in two ways –
1- no money is put into social security for the work they perform because they receive no pay
2 – caregivers often have to give up higher earning, or work altogether in order to help others, missing out on higher social security checks after retirement

Petition is not available at this time because there are no bills currently entered in this session of Congress.
Please contact your representatives – and the President! – and urge that these bills return – and be passed to help caregivers!
